Marketing Specialist - Part Time - Head Office, Binfield
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing Specialist with expertise in web design, social media marketing, website maintenance, and marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies, managing online presence, and ensuring the optimal performance of the company website.

This part-time role (9:00 AM - 3:00 PM, or flexible hours upon discussion) offers the opportunity for remote or hybrid work. Our head office is located in Binfield.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy & Execution:
Develop and implement marketing campaigns to promote products and services.
Analyse market trends and competitors to identify growth opportunities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing goals with business objectives.
Website Maintenance:
Design, update, and maintain the company website to ensure a user-friendly experience.
Regularly update website content, graphics, and multimedia.
Monitor website functionality and troubleshoot technical issues.
Ensure website security and implement updates as needed.
Optimize website performance, SEO, and content layout for better engagement and conversion.
Implement responsive design to ensure compatibility across devices.
Social Media Marketing:
Create and manage engaging content across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
Develop and execute social media campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive traffic.
Monitor social media trends and analytics to optimize performance.
Campaign Management:
Plan, execute, and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns.
Coordinate with internal teams
Monitor and adjust campaigns to maximize ROI and engagement.
Content Creation:
Develop compelling marketing materials including graphics, videos, blogs, and newsletters.
Analytics & Reporting:
Track and analyse website, social media, and campaign performance metrics.
Prepare reports on campaign effectiveness and recommend improvements.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Web Design, or a related field.
Proven experience in marketing especially with high-end brands, web design, social media management, and campaign execution.
Proficiency in design tools (Adobe, Canva) and web platforms.
Knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, and digital marketing strategies.
Strong communication, analytical, and project management skills.
Preferred Skills:
Familiarity with social media advertising platforms (Facebook Ads, Google Ads).
Creative problem-solving and a keen eye for design aesthetics.

Salary: £25K - £35K (pro rata) based on skills and experience
